Hello,Please see answers to clarification questions below - Can you please provide the fax number the faxes are coming from? ***-***-*** Can you please provide a copy of a fax you've received from Manifest PharmacyUnfortunately, I do not have a current copy of a faxThey come intermittently and I would be able to send one as soon as I receive anotherIf this is not sufficient, I understand if this complaint has to be closedI can submit another one once I have received another fax Can you please provide which healthcare system these faxes are being targeted towards [redacted] For privacy reasons, will leave the specific site/clinic anonymous for nowI believe Manifest targets patients in more than one area of the U.S.Also, I wanted to add a correction to the original complaint: Desired Settlement should say: "Business to STOP soliciting patients and providers for unnecessary prescriptionsThey will be reported to the CMS as committing Medicare fraud."

Thank you for reaching out to Manifest Pharmacy with your concern We called and spoke to the complainant and explained our process of enrolling patients All patients must oto our service with an interest in receiving a specific pharmacy product and give authorization to fax the physician for a prescription This is done in accordance with Federal and state rules and regulations The physician must ensure that his/her patient is medically eligible to receive the product requested Nevertheless, we have blocked the three fax numbers from this practice that were in our system If a list of all the fax numbers could be provided, it would further help us to comply with your request

I have reviewed this complaint Manifest Pharmacy LLC is committed to resolving this issue I am not able to respond at this time because I will need a HIPAA release form from MsK*** Please send back the release form so I can respond
