Review: On Octobe[redacted] 2013 my daughter signed a contract with Manika Photography to take video of the wedding and to take photos on the day of her wedding which was on July [redacted] 2014.Regarding the photos, Manika Photography was required to: -Provide wedding day coverage (July [redacted] 2014) by two photographers-Editing of all photographs included-An on line gallery to share with family and friends for one year-Customized DVD/memory stick with ready to print photos-Digital processing and CD/DVD creation takes approximately 12-18 weeks. Regarding the video, Manika Photography was required to:-12 hours of HD videography by 2 cinemographers-Highlight film -Feature film-4 DVDs-HD footage on hard driveThe cost of these services and products including video and photo was $5900.00. Photo was $3400 and video was $2500, which was paid in full by me. I paid a $700 deposit on 10/**/13, and the remaining balance of $5,200 on 6/**/14 (two weeks before the wedding date). The contract states that all of the above will be complete within a maximum 18 week timespan for photo completion. Video states 6-8 month maximum timespan of completion. However, it has now been 11 months since the wedding and not all of the requirements of the contract have been met by the vendor. Regarding video, my daughter was told by Manika Photography that the video could take up to 500 gb and that we needed to provide the company with a hard drive to place the HD footage on there. We provided that months ago.Desired Settlement: Areas of contract in non-compliance are:PHOTO: Digital processing and CD/DVD creation takes approximately 12-18 weeks. PHOTO: Customized DVD/memory stick with ready to print photos. PHOTO: An on line gallery to share with family and friends for one year. PHOTO: Editing of all photographs included. VIDEO: HD footage on video put on hard drive.My daughter has contacted Manika Photography multiple times to find out when the contract will be fulfilled. For example, on December 2014, via Facebook, Manika Photography stated,Ill do my best to have your photos ready before the holidays. That was a long time ago now that we are in June 2015. I called Manika Photography in early May 2015, and I was told that everything would be done by the end of May 2015. Now we are in June and its not done. In July, it will be one year since the wedding! I am seeking: The areas in non compliance to be completed and to be compensated $2050 for breach of the contract timeline by the vendor.

Review: I signed a contract with Manika Photography to be the photographer at my wedding in June 2014.

The contract included the following services an engagement shoot with all photos, 2 photographers day of wedding, shooting all day, all photos, 1 large 12x12 album and 2 smaller parents albums with 10 extra pages each.

Aside from taking longer then stated in the contract to deliver my photos I eventually did get them, however I haven't received my wedding albums yet. I was promised that it would only take a month to completed once I provided the photos, I sent an email end of April 2015 with my selections. For months Marta was unresponsive to my calls, texts and emails. Finally end of August 2015 she calls me promising to have my albums completed by the send of September 2015, it wasn't until November of 2015 that I saw anything. Only 15 pages have been created and Marta is again unresponsive to any of my communications.Desired Settlement: I would like Marta to reimburse me for the remaining services she did not provide, it has been almost 2 years since my wedding and I no longer wish to deal with Marta about this matter and would just like my money back for the albums ($2000).

Review: I signed a contract with Manika Photography on March 2013 to photograph my wedding on July 2014. the contract states that 2 photographers agree to document our wedding, and then provide us with a hard copy of digital images, 75 thank you cards, and a custom album. According to the contract signed, I would receive my photos via CD/DVD creation and digital processing in approximately 3-5 months and my wedding album within 8 months. It has been over a year since the event and I have not received those items. The photographer has failed to respond to numerous phone calls, email messages, [redacted] messages and text messages. I last heard from the photographer on May 2015 via [redacted] messaging where she informed me that she was working on our album. I have not heard from her since. As of August 2015, we have received the thank you cards and our pictures were posted on the photographer's website. We paid the full amount of $3,551.71 on our wedding day. We had also given her a deposit of $500 on March *, 2013.Desired Settlement: We are requesting she reimburse us $3,000 for the incomplete services.
