Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral Spa

We stayed in the resort and paid for our room. An outstanding charge of $ 180.42 was applied to our credit card. The room charge was $ 156.89The $ 180.42 has been removed from our prepaid card and we have contacted the hotel about 5 times and can not get the charges removed.
