Cassandra and her friend came to our shop and requested to be tattooed with the designs as stated in the complaint on Friday, November 25 of this year. liabilities, claims, actions, and demands in law or in equity now or in the future.The next step is the stencil. A stencil is not required but was used in this situation. A stencil is a pattern put onto the skin as a guide for the tattoo process. This can be done in many ways; transfer paper, markers, bloodlining etc...After the stencil was applied, she and her friend were asked if this was what they wanted and how they wanted it. In which they said it was.The tattoos were applied using proper sanitary and legal procedures. It is not required to bandage a tattoo and also not good for a tattoo to be bandaged. Being that they were small tattoos and they were going home after the procedure they and the artist agreed a bandage was not necessary.At completion of the procedure, after care was gone over and they came to the desk to pay. The cost was $50 each and they were so pleased they gave an extra $20 as a tip to the artist. There are postings on the desk clearly stating "no refunds".

In regard to the refund complaint; we told them "no refunds" and have signs up in the shop and at the desk stating "no refunds". We are sorry that their financial situation has changed since signing the agreement but we are clear that there are no refunds.
