First and foremost, my girlfriend being home instead of me makes absolutely ZERO difference in this situationWhether you had provided $2000-$worth of suggested repairs to either of us, we would have discussed this before signing offAre you saying that because she is a woman she is incompetent? Also, what you are saying about doing any fixes at no charge is a bold-faced lieThat was never stated to her. Second, you have misconstrued the purpose of your visitI never asked you to do an inspection, I asked you to do a cleaningI am not frustrated with control at all, I am frustrated with the "service" that was provided. Third, my research was not only done through *** ***, but I also contacted the Manufacture of this system, as you said that VT regulations around boiler systems refer specifically to the manufacturerI have an email communication with them in regards to specific instructions you gave regarding clearanceProvided the specs accurate to this residence, the manufacturer stated that the installed set up is sufficient Additionally, to state that the information *** *** provided is irrelevant is ludicrous, as they are professionals that have significant knowledge and experience, and were able to provide us accurate information based on our direct vent system and our emergency switch Additionally, I have consulted another licensed professional about this work, and they disagree with what you have written up here. The last thing I want to say is that you pulled in the driveway at 9:and left our driveway at 10:49, which we have in time-stamped messages on the day of your "service." That is about half of the amount of time that you claim that you were here, so by my calculations that is just over dollars per hour. In regards to the refund, I think a full refund in the amount of $is what is deserved. The reasons I say that is:1) There is no evidence of completion of the work I hired you for2) There is no evidence for the grounds of "red tagging" my system present3) You have been relatively unprofessional in handling this matter
