Review: Regarding [redacted] File no. [redacted] The above company was paid a settlement in its entirety. Said company failed to deliver on their promise: "will receive a receipt in 15 days." Seven years later and no receipt to the avail.
The problem here is that my wife and I are buying a house and one item stands in the way: this lean that should've been off my record as of 3/12/07.Desired Settlement: 1. Write a letter of apology that is addressed to me (and, please, no 15-day promise of reception)
2. Revise the wording of the lien to show that I have paid the settled amount in full
3. Complete these tasks in a timely manner
