financing for *** we presented him options that were available to him based on the financing we were able to get him approved forThe only possible option we were able to secure for him that met the booking guides we have available from the particular lender we were able to get him approved through and what we had available for inventory at the time was a *** *** with 55,kms that we offered to him for *** bi weekly which we clearly explain during our quote and is also clear in the lenders paper work and he decided he would like the *** came in and signed for the car and took delivery, our delivery process is very open and transparent and we request clients to take there time to read through the documentationDuring the closing process the lenders do a follow up call with the client which happened the day after deliveryDuring this phone call *** was again explained his payments and at this point claimed he was unaware his payments were bi weekly and he thought they were monthly and he wanted to change them to monthly which would change his payment to *** a month which he was explained by the lenderAt this point I called *** and asked him if he would like to move forward that he would have to come back into the dealership to resign paper work changing his payments to *** a month instead of *** bi weeklyHe said he would like to do that and came into the dealership and resigned the documents that clearly outlined his payment was now *** a month and he was clearly aware that is why he was in to resign the documents*** took the car and drove it for a month then when his first payment became due a month later he claimed to the lender he was unaware of his payments and could not afford the *** a monthIn this deal *** was explained his payments many times and had quite a lot of opportunities to back out of his contract and select another vehicle that would have had a lower monthly paymentIt is also not reasonable considering we explained the financing challenges we had and the interest rate we were able to secure for him to believe his payments could be *** a month*** a month over the month term would not even cover the purchase price of the car with tax and the lenders fees and assuming his interest rate was 0% which of course the rate was not 0%At this point as a goodwill gesture to *** I am personally working with the lender to have the deal reversed so it will not show as a repossession on his credit as well we have an in house finance approval for him however he has not indicated any interest so far in the units we are able to get him financed forI would love to finance people whatever car they select with whatever payment or term they choose however unfortunately when financing we are bound to work with whatever terms we can secure from a lender, the terms a lender approves for a client is wholly based on the individual clients personal credit and income situation so whatever a lender decides regarding this we do not have any control over, we have explained this to *** and currently have been unable to secure a unit that he wants with the financing that we have available for himThat being said we do have an approval in place for him right now and safe reliable vehicles he would be able to come pick up any day if he so chooses
