We purchased a Lennox heat pump through this company in June of Mann Mechanical states on their webiste that they are an authorized dealer for Lennox heat pumps and a driect quote from their website states that \"Mann Mechanical provides sales, custom installation of ducted heat pump systems, ductless mini split heat pumps / air conditioners and Heat Recovery Ventilation system, including annual service and repairs.\" \r\n\r\nThe unit was installed in September after a couple of delays due to the company not having an employee to do the installThere were some technical issues from the beginning and we did not find out until after installation that the company had no training or experience in the particular unit that they sold to and installed for usWe had the technician come out to our house to attempt to fix the outstanding issues but he admitted that he had no training on our unit.\r\n\r\nAfter failed attempts to correct the issues and with the weather turning colder, we contacted Lennox directly to try and find a solution as Mann Mechanical could not correct the issues\r\n\r\nFurther to that, the problems persisted with the unit and I contacted the company in December to ask for help as the unit was not functioning properly and our home was now very coldI spoke with [redacted] and she advised that [redacted] would be in touchHe did not call back or come to our homeHe sent an electronic message to shovel out the unit because snow can affect its performanceHad he bothered to contact us personally, he would have known that there was no snow around the bottom of the unit and therefore this was not the issue.\r\n\r\nI contacted Mann Mechanical again twice in January with heating issues and asked that she get in touch as soon as possible as the heat pump is our main source of heat for the homeNo one from the company returned my calls and we were forced to contact another contractor to fix the issues that have been outstanding from the time of install.\r\n\r\nI contact Lennox Canada again after this and have received a reply from Mann Mechanical that they no longer want to work with usNot an issue since they have been ignoring us for the last few months anyway.\r\n\r\nThey claim on their website that their top qualities are: Great Results, Personable, Good ValueI persolly find this to be and have had a very expensive and disappointing experience with this company
