I have recently submitted a complaint but upon reviewing what I wrote I felt some clarification was needed, but it won't allow for amendments.Is there a way I can include the clarification?I have copied the original complaint along with the amendments. ***The broker/agent at
Mann Mortgage was less than forthcoming regarding the charges (GFE, that came ***s prior to close)that would be my responsibility at closingI was told it was hard to explain and there were things I was unable to see, but I was to trust him that it would all work out and I should be entitled to refundOne refund I was assured was the money I paid for an engineers report that was required by the appraiserI was told this could be added to the loan and since I paid it I would be refundedThen, I was told the *** before closing I owed more the agent at Mann Mortgage said to just pay that and I would be refundedMy escrow needed to close on a Fri*** in Montana and I received the documents and settlement statement on Thurs*** in SacCAI only had time to find a notary and get them back in overnight mailUpon glancing I again had questions and called the agent but he did not return my call until it was too late and the documents were in mail, I am also disputing the fact the seller was not charged foe any closing costs, *** said because it was a foreclosure they do not pay, but according to my agreement with the bank they clearly said the closing costs they were responsible to payHe is saying my real estate agent told me they would not pay, buthe again is being dishonestHe is either crooked or made an egregious error, either way, the liability is his and he need to refund me what was wrongfully charged to me.Per the contract I signed with the seller ( and in the counter offer), it was clearly noted that the seller would pay for 1/of escrow ($350), Owners Title Policy ( $286), and $o f my closing costsMann Mortgage charged me with these costs, which clearly violates the contractHe is saying that the seller only agreed to a total of $and nothing elseIt is very clearly written and this is not correctMy Real Estate Agent *** ***, corroborates my statement and did not tell *** *** anything different.$+ $= 636I was charged for an escrow holdback for work to be done for $The work was completed before closing at a cost of $There was also a re-inspection fee charged for $350, but again before closing we knew there would not be a fee for the inspection.$1600-$1500= $100$350Total= + + = $

Mann Mortgage strives to provide excellent customer service to our clients. We have addressed this complaint with the branch manager, who is eager to resolve the issue with the client, and satisfy their concerns with the miscommunication

This has been resolved with Ms. [redacted]. We worked with the real estate agent & refunded her approximately $900. She considered this to be satisfactory settlement. Should you need further information please feel free to contact us.
