the lender with info on the home loan process.On 12-26 [redacted] received an automated email about credit.  The email is included in the attachments.  The email simply said IF credit was keeping you from buying your home to contact us and we might be able to help you.  No one said she has bad credit.  This seemed to set her off.  She emailed back at 5:30am, then again at 10:34.  [redacted] responed at 10:48am she was sorry she received the email and we would remove her.  [redacted] emailed her at 10:51am if was done.  [redacted] emailed again at 11:13am and then again forwarding her complaint she filed at 11:51.[redacted] also called [redacted] 5+ times yelling at her.  She called into my office as well.  I explained to her it was automated and that we did not say she had bad credit.  She was very upset and continued to threaten to report us for being frauds.  There is not much you can do when a person is so upset they cannot listen anymore.  We apologized to her and immediately removed her from the email drips.  In the second attachment you can see that she is still using the site to search for homes even though she was so upset with us.  Let me know if you have any questions.[redacted]Mann Mortgage LLC

Review: The broker/agent at Mann Mortgage was less than forthcoming regarding the charges (GFE, that came 2 [redacted]s prior to close)that would be my responsibility at closing. I was told it was hard to explain and there were things I was unable to see, but I was to trust him that it would all work out and I should be entitled to refund. One refund I was assured was the money I paid for an engineers report that was required by the appraiser. I was told this could be added to the loan and since I paid it I would be refunded. Then, I was told the [redacted] before closing I owed 178 more the agent at Mann Mortgage said to just pay that and I would be refunded. My escrow needed to close on a Fri[redacted] in Montana and I received the documents and settlement statement on Thurs[redacted] in Sac. CA. I only had time to find a notary and get them back in overnight mail. Upon glancing I again had questions and called the agent but he did not return my call until it was too late and the documents were in mail, I am also disputing the fact the seller was not charged foe any closing costs, [redacted] said because it was a foreclosure they do not pay, but according to my agreement with the bank they clearly said the closing costs they were responsible to pay. He is saying my real estate agent told me they would not pay, but6 he again is being dishonest. He is either crooked or made a grievous error, either way, the liability is his and he need to refund me what was wrongfully charged to me.Desired Settlement: To be refunded a total of $1086.00.
