My experience with Mann Remodeling Service was very pleasant and profettional' they replaced all of the windows and doors to my house, and they did it all at a very reasonable price, I had many other consultations from many other contractors, my husband and I feel like we made the best choice with Mann remodeling service they went above and beyond are expectations, and even installed shutters on our house for free, they did what was agreed and plus some, I would highly recommend this company to my friends,family and anyone else, I already have and they gave me a 100 dollar refferal money, and a discount on my next project, thanks Mr Mann, God Bless You,","pos-1

Took money for repairs they didn't do.Called [redacted] out to give me a quote to repair a broken window, 4 rotting posts that hold up my carport and front porch and rehang a piece of siding that fell off during the latest Ice/Snow storm on 3/25/15. He showed up an hour and half late to quote price. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he was traveling during peak rush hour and figured he must have been stuck in traffic. I ended up getting a very reasonable quote, signed a contract and was told he would be by in the next day or two to get started, which was fine. He showed up without a phone call two days later. Luckily I happened to be home. He rehung the piece of siding and took measurements for the other items on the list. I was told to pay half now to cover costs for materials. I was a little hesitant, but went ahead and paid and was told he would be back in 2 days to finish. He never showed back up nor did he call me. I left several messages and texts but no response. Finally his wife called me and said he was stuck on a job and could he come by Saturday to finish. I said ok. Saturday came and went with no show/no call. Again I left several messages and texts, which have gone unanswered. It's now going on 3 weeks with no answer. I am out half the money and still have to hire someone else to fix the issues. They don't communicate with the customer's and they don't finish their work and basically rip you off by stealing your money. I have given Mr. [redacted] plenty of time to call me or show up to finish the repairs or at least drop off the materials he so called purchased. Today is 4/14/15 and I still have not heard a word from Mr. [redacted]. Desired SettlementI would like to be reimbursed the money paid or at least have them drop off the materials my money paid for.
