Customer's Statement of the Problem:
In the first week of December 2015, this company Man VsPest was hired by our apartments to conduct a tenting of the entire complexThe time we were supposed to vacate was only supposed to last days, and ended up being In that time frame, eight apartments including ours, was broken into and many of our household items were stolenMVP Response:
Three (3) days ended up being four (4) days because approximately 85% of the community residents were negligent in preparing for the fumigationThey were supposed to hire over night security that clearly didnt happenMVP Response:
The owner of the complex did hire security, which was presentWe contacted our local police department and they came out to make a reportThere was an ongoing investigation, for over months, that resulted in a final letter in the mail stating that because Man VsPest does not have the proper insurance to cover the stolen items, that there was nothing that could be doneFurthermore, my family and I, along with many other residents here at [redacted] here in [redacted], are left with no answers, and thousands of dollars worth of missing thingsMVP Response:
