Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a complete lie, I would like 'said' person to provide proof that I used ANY sort of hostility or profanity?? As a matter of fact the lady I spoke to was slamming the [redacted] and when I informed her that I worked for the [redacted] she said she "didn't care" and proceeded to tell me how dysfunctional the *** wasOnce I asked her to stop and listen to me for a second she said "NO, YOU LISTEN!" and hung up on meThat is the truth, and I encourage Mann & Sons OR the lady I spoke to on the phone to prove otherwise and provide evidence of ANY abusive language OR behavior what so ever on my part? And with that being said, NO customer should have to listen to or be subjected to that sort of behavior, from ANY business or establishmentI must also bring up the point that this was the second time my firearm was being sent back to Mann & Sons for the same issue, in other words nothing was fixedAnd is it also Mann & sons policy to degrade other businesses like the United States Postal Service? We have provided the shipping label as requested and received the gun and returned it to the factory for replacement or refund The only reason the customer was hung up on was because he got very irate and began to cuss one of our employees We have specific instructions from the owner
of our business that none of us are to be talked to or treated that way.Thank you,Mann & Son Sporting Goods
