I was involved in a car pile up on the MassPikeI felt like a wreck but was not hurt thankfully! when I was asked where to tow the vehicle I didn't know what to answer as I was out of state so I called Central Auto in Hooksett NH as I lived close by "Steve" responded calmly and he took the time to explain what was going to happen Once the car was towed to his facility, with his crew beside him they inspected diligently the entire car and then dealt with my insurance who determined that it was totaledAfter receiving the highest payout allowed for my car I found out that Steve got involved personally with my insurance rep as the car was being estimated and I can't thank him enough
Not only was I taken care of then but considering I was in the middle of purchasing a new home and could not touch my credit at all, Steve quickly found a reliable vehicle that not only could fit both sets of recent tires from my totaled car but was so affordable I could pay for it in cash! After indulging a coffee and chatting with the kind receptionist, I drove out of Central Auto feeling safe It's been months and considering my daily commute is miles twice a day I didn't know really what to expect as the amount I paid for the car was a little over the price of my apple computer, but not one problem here! Car is reliable and pretty good on gas!
