Flyingbear responsed to our status inquiry lately regarding his order hence the delay They guaranteed us that delivery information which they sent will show the movement progress in to business days Currently for all the orders packages from their country has been stopped due to their ongoing 19th National Congress meetingPackage will resume and is the reason for delivery information wasn’t showing movementsThis update has also been sent to customer as well

Dear Revdex.com, We have attended this complaint through our Twitter profile and contacted tevo supplier about the package idle issueWe understand the delivery delays as they receive more orders for Black Friday & Cyber monday sale and it is the peak season for foreign tradeDHL and other
express companies are flooded with the item packages and this particular order looking for optional space to get onboarded at HK Once it is made, Package will be delivered in to days Supplier informed that it may take another to business days to get the tracking shows further statusFYI it has been already conveyed to both of them (customer and the tevo)Attached the mail communication

This has been already put forwarded to the TEVO ManufacturerWe will advise as soon as they respond to the case
