I put down $2000 on a Buick enclave. Barry and Joseph *** purposely put the wrong vin number on my paperwork. I got the car 12/17 and he contacted me a month later asking me to send me him a picture of the vin. I asked for my down payment back as well as my first month's payment($362) because the dealership made the mistake. Joseph *** even had the melrose park police call me in which we spoke. Joseph service states that he does not have the money to pay me but he was the one who made the mistake. There are major discrepancies in my paperwork. The barry and Joseph *** breached he contract.
