I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1) Disability RMS failed to note in the response the contact made by the Senior Analyst handling my case where she has already questioned me about my issue in a manner to determine whether or not my case was pre-existing, which occurred on May 03, for approximately minutes, and to see if I had returned to work. 2) I have been contacted about the same issue concerning time periods which still include me being covered by One America; therefore, their attempt is bogus in that they are constantly delaying my claim and decision. 3) Disbaility RMS mentions my comments about them receiving all information needed for my claim, but fail to note that I returned their call pertaining to them trying to question me yet again. 4) I have left several messages in response to their phone calls and would not receive any return calls until weeks later. 5) Days to handle this claim have been maximized which goes against what is written in their policy. 6) I submitted all paperwork as they requested within the Supplemental Questionnaire and they stated to me that they did not have all information, which is inaccurate and was faxed on May 13, instead of May 20, 2016. 7) The dates in which they have received information from me has been inaccurately recorded. 8) The facility in which I receive services has submitted paperwork to them numerous times of the same item they always claim to miss. These are some of the issues which warrant a bad faith claim in that the company has not upheld their guarantees to policyholdersPeople should be advised of the poor handling of this claim, which was submitted in February.
