ANA has been incorrectly charge customer Transportation Tax in their reward ticket airfareIn a reported issue to ANA for my new reservation, ANA has admitted that it was caused by their system error and the Transportation Tax should NOT be collectedThey have promised to refund me the transportation tax However, my wife and I also have completed travel with ANA air tickets and we were also charged incorrectly such transportation tax ($per ticket)Therefore, I request ANA to refund us the total $Transportation Tax that was incorrectly chargedThe refund should be sent back to the credit card used for the reservationFor your information, our ANA Reservation Codes for these two tickets are 45BETand 44620C Also as proof, I attached below the email from ANA Customer Relations & Services supervisor MrGerry N***You can see that ANA admitted that the $Transportation Tax per ticket should NOT be collected and it was caused by ANA system error
