On February 2, 2017, Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2004 Ford F150.00. Prior to purchase, Mr. [redacted] test drove and inspected vehicle on multiple occasions.  The original asking price of vehicle was  $10999.00. Mr. [redacted] stated that after he inspected the vehicle, it was in need of many repairs...

and offered to purchase the vehicle at a discounted price and take care of all repairs himself.  The agreed upon sale price was $8271.03., which was over a $2700.00 discount for Mr. [redacted] to use towards repairs.  Certified Auto Dealers cannot discount vehicles for repairs and then also provide additional funds for repairs. Certified Auto Dealers did offer to Mr. [redacted] to reselect a vehicle in the same price range, but he declined. Certified Auto Dealers has made every effort to satisfy Mr. [redacted], but does not feel that his recommendation of a refund is a fair request.
