I own a local business here in Odessa, Texas and have done business with Wagner Roofing in years past In the fall of we had our roof worked on and months ago we had leaks in the roof where it damaged the ceiling I contacted Brian at Wagner Roofing multiple times and finally they sent a crew out to fix the issue we thought Then a month ago we had more damage and now no one will answer the phone, return a phone call or come to the door when you go to the actual place of business I have never asked to have any of the repairs done for free But I do expect them to stand behind their work DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY WORK
We had Wagner Roofing come out give us estimate we signed a contract they was suppose to start the next wee but nothing they never showedI called many times NO answer, then I tried calling and texting the sales man nothing eitherI was like wow bad feeling here haven't even done work yet and they don't respond???? Finally someone answers the phone says the salesman was fired week ago and they don't have anyone to work on my home I can cancel the contract he then says " WANT TO CANCE CONTRACT!! " I'm like "sure I don't feel very comfortable with your company so let's cancel" He's " Fine" and then hung upNow I was going to ask when they could start but, mostly what it would cost to put in a skylightInstead I got very rude people that doesn't' want the work and didn't even take the time to answer a question that would of made them more moneyI am so glad I didn't use this companyEven more so when I read the complaints and reviews Have no ideal why they would have an A+ rating
