We discovered our H2O system for our trees wasn't turning off, which has caused a $120 bill and forced us to turn off that water line completely, thereby needing to hand water everything. After making a few semi-urgent phone calls, Dana called me back early the next morning. Plus he followed up via e-mail. Although we didn't use Manning to fix our system (they were booking 2 - 3 days out; we wanted someone sooner), we are definitely keeping them in the running for future problems.
