At this time while swinging the hoist arm on the right side, I notice that the right side foot board was crackedI immediately notified Mr*** of the sameMr*** further inquired the cost of replacing the foot board and I stated a rough estimate of $for a new oneAs it wasn't fully damaged and to avoid the cost, in good faith, I offered him to glue the same if he came back at some other day
Mr*** paid for the oil change and took his vehicle
To me, the allegation of the foot board broken by me is falseI also recall that during the same duration there was another customer at my shop present that was witness to the whole scenario
