From: [redacted]Date: Tue, Nov 17, 2015 at 1:23 PMSubject: ID [redacted]To: [redacted]In response to a letter received about 10-days ago with the ID [redacted], please accept the following response on behalf of Mannion Gray:The...

Complaint by [redacted] is inaccurate. [redacted] was not transporting our client. [redacted] did not take the individual to a law firm. This involves transportation to a neurologist in [redacted]. The claim that a neurologist’s office at a hospital does not have handicap accessibility is false, and we possess video surveillance demonstrating otherwise. Prior to engaging [redacted], we made it crystal clear that a woman in a wheelchair with an alleged brain injury required transportation to a Neurologist in [redacted] for an examination. We needed an appropriate, handicap-accessible vehicle, and we provided all details for the appointment. Given that it was winter, we advised [redacted] that the individual would be available for pick-up as early as [redacted] deemed necessary to arrive at the Neurologist on-time for the appointment. [redacted] is the supposed expert in medical transport and should know how much time is needed to load patients and transport patients. [redacted] should also know the importance of not being late for a doctor’s appointment. [redacted] selected the pick-up time. [redacted] was so late in delivering the patient to the doctor’s office, that the doctor had already moved on to other patients and could not see the patient (they were not just a few minutes late). When the patient realized that she missed the appointment, she was devastated, emotional, and completely lost her composure in the doctor’s office. The neurologist was nice enough to quickly reschedule for another date within the month. [redacted] was again retained for the second appointment. [redacted] was paid in-full for the transport that they completed per the agreement. Mannion & Gray could have, but did not file a Revdex.com complaint or any other complaint against [redacted] as a result of damages caused by [redacted], including but not limited to: the missed appointment with the neurologist, the distress upon the patient, the extensive time incurred by our employees to reschedule this whole ordeal, the time to smooth over the scene caused in the doctor’s office, and the time now wasted responding to a frivolous Revdex.com Complaint. Again, [redacted] was paid in full for the successfully completed transport.Sincerely,Mannion & Gray
