I am rejecting this response because: They are the ones selling damaged goods not I, I will never ever be a customer of theirs againI will tell people by word of mouth that they have sold me a damaged pipe and would not replace itI don't care about their no refund or exchanges, when someone just bought an expensive item and the person noticed it before they used it and returned it after minutes of finding the damage, then they are in the wrong, not good business to treat customers like crapThey sold the pipe with the price tag covering the cracks on the pipeOh by the way, my son is over 18-years of age in fact he is over

1. Our store have papers at door and show cases that "No Return No Exchanges". 2.Customer telling that her son noticed that broken pipe, these tobacco pipes should have access of adults only above 18 years of age,...

please check if her son is above 18 years. Otherwise she is at fault giving access of tobacco pipes to young kids. 3. As per complaint, pipe have grey liquid in that, I think if pipe was broken before she bought from our store; there should be leakage of that liquid. Therefore, the leakage of liquid, should have been noticed by customer and our employee at the time of looking product before customer bought that. 4. These glass pipes for fragile and can broke easily by slight mishandling by customer, we are responsible for that before customers bought that. 5. We do business from last more than 10 years, we don't sell damaged products; otherwise we can not survive for so many years.

Review: I bought a glass pipe that has grey liquid product in side of it from this cigarette store. While sitting in traffic my son noticed that there are two cracks in the glass around the mouth area I turned around to take it back to them to exchange it for a different one and they would not honor the exchange, they had the price tag over the cracks. I told them that this product was already damaged before we bought it and that they cannot sell damaged goods to the public and that it is their responsibility to make good on customers that buys products from their store. They said that it was our responsibility to check for damage and I told them no it is your responsibility to make sure when you get products to check out the products before putting them on the shelves to make sure there is no damage and then return the damaged item to where they bought it, they knowing put this product on the self damaged and then using there no refund and exchanges to not take there damaged product back that they sold. I told them that I am going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. There could also be a health risk smoking from the mouth piece and the glass breaks while inhaling the smoke and may also inhale the liquid inside the glass and or the glass itself. This is not a I bought a product and then decided to return it after a few days, I returned to the store immediately after I bought the product I would say within 10 minutes of buying the product.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor and replace or give our money back, what we bought in good faith from a company to replace said product because of product being damaged at the time we bought product.
