Manny's Landscaping

I use the services of Manny’s Landscaping, and after I was agree to a price for the service contract. Manny’s landscaping stop the job half way done due to poor logistics of the job and lack of professional ethics he did not finish the job as agree in the contract. Make me taking him to court; a mediator on the Osceola County did an arrangement with [redacted] to finish the job. Later I end up with a 70% contract completed for the same pay on the original contract. The reason for this is Manny’s Landscaping poor logistic and lack of experience doing a proper estimated contract so be aware that Mr. [redacted] don’t stand behind his original contract, and wanted more money from me to finish the job even after he was at fault for the lack of experience doing the estimate for the job. So be aware that Manny’s landscaping like to set an attractive price for the service job just to entrapping you in a contract and later he will asking for more money or he will not finish the contracted job.
