A AC unit under warranty not fixed for over 2 weeks. AC unit 1 year old under no hassle warranty from the manufacturer. Coil needed to be replaced, which after a LONG delay it was. Then drip pan broke, leaking water into bathroom ceiling, which had to be repaired. No time line provided after telling me the part had to be made as it was unavailable??? I requested a new unit as the manufacturer has a no hassle replacement policy. I was refused. It has been almost 2 weeks in hazy, hot and humid weather that I have had no AC in most of the house. I have been delayed those 2 weeks in placing my home on the market. They were recommended by [redacted] I have never in my life had worse service!! I still don't know when this will be resolved. The unit should have been replaced in the first place when the coil was broken.Desired SettlementThey should replace the faulty unit with a new one. Immediately.
