Ron has been to our home twice to work on our pool heat pump.(years old) The first instance was an operator error and he was polite about explaining what I was doing wrong The second time the unit fan wasn't working at all because of a loose connection Both service calls were finished quickly with no fuss or mess Very polite and knowledgeable..I will be using RPS for other projects
