Review: 5/16/13 I took my Troy Built mini tiller in to Manor Equipment, Inc. to have the pull string starter repaired. The tiller was working when the pull string broke. I was told at the time my husband and I took the tiller in for repairs that it would be 3 weeks before it would be ready to pick up. The copy of the work order I received has an est. complete date 6/17/13, 11 days later the I was told. I called the service department on 6/6/13, I was told they had not started on my tiller yet. 6/13/13 I called again and was told that the person working on my tiller would call back and tell us what the problem they were having was. When he called back he talked to my husband and complained that my tiller was a bear to work on. When I called on 6/24/13 I was told that the tiller needed a carburetor. W hen I told the service rep. to fix it he tried to talk me in to buying a new tiller. When I told him that the repairs were less then a new tiller he seemed to be aggravated that I would not buy a new tiller.

My husband call on 7/12/13, he was told that the tiller needed springs for the clutch. I feel that my tiller is being damaged as they work on it, and that it has required more repair to be done.Desired Settlement: Receive my tiller this month so that I am able to use it.
