[redacted] is clearly not interested in having his dry cleaning properly done, but is instead interested in having us replace various items of his wardrobe that we supposedly "damaged." At first he said the buttons of his shirt broke and the entire shirt needed to be replaced even though we generously offered to change the buttons free of chargeUnsatisfied with our offer, [redacted] now claims that another shirt of his was supposedly burned through laundry (even though this is impossible)At Manor French, our customers are our number one priority and we take all complaints very seriously and resolve any concerns our customers may haveShould [redacted] have any further complaints he can feel free to come into the store any time to discussThanks and have a wonderful dayBest,***

I took the liberty of replacing the buttons myself because though *** did offer to replace themHe was extremely rude, unapologetic and was even laughing at my complaintI do not put up with such immature behavior especially from a "manager".When I brought the white shirt in at first I did have it laundered, timesThe stains appeared on the white shirt from the damage that manor french did to the shirtI then had them dry clean it and the stains have still not come out, the shirt is not wearable and need to be replacedThere is another shirt that manor french had BURNED when ironing and now their is heavy discoloration on the shirt, that needs to be replaced as well

More proof they are impossible to deal with and unapologeticThere is no point of continuing this as they are not willing to assist. The damaged shirt that they are offering to repair - which they damaged - they already tried to clean it times already and have had no success and are completely unwilling to replace it, they are simply offering to clean it again which will not replace the shirt. The shirt needs to be replaced - manor french caused the damage - they cannot fix it - they need to pay up

Review: I gave them a very expensive shirt to clean.

When I got it back there was a chewing gum stain on the back of it as well as a permanent iron stain. After having them re do the shirt many times they were not able to remove the stains that THEY caused.

The shirt cost me $80 and the offered to give me $20 as a replacement, with no kind of apology whatsoever. They just didn't care. I spoke with the [redacted] and he didn't care either.

There was another shirt that they cleaned as well. Where they destroyed the buttons on the shirt and now it is damaged and I cannot button the shirt up. After complaining to management he said "this is normal" ..... it is not NORMAL to damage your customers items and then be completely unapologetic about it.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement for both shirt. Each one cost me around $80 so that would be $160. I also want an apology from the manager as well as the owner.

[redacted] brought the shirt to get laundered, not dry-cleaned. Review: Hello. I had a dispute with this business. I brought my suit jacket in for a repair, to shorten the sleeves. This was on Thursday August [redacted] They told me to do the repair, and to clean it, they would need a week. I agreed. The receipt I was given, said pick up on Thursday August [redacted]. I wanted to pick up on that day. I was told it was not ready, and said come back tomorrow. I had to be delayed the day. OK. I picked up the jacket on Friday August [redacted] 2013. While I was paying, I noticed that there were threads hanging down from the sleeves. I looked inside the jacket, and I saw the grey lining was shredded. I tried to explain to the people, that were there that this was unacceptable. Three men approached me, and said that someone had cut the lining out of my jacket. At this point I told the tailor that this was not acceptable. The tailor started yelling at me. I told my wife who was standing next to m to just pay, and let's get out of here. No offer of an apology, or to take anything off the bill. The bill was $31.95Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded.
