The payment book stated the last payment due on September but the lady became rude and told my husband that it was August. They made my husband pay 2 months in 1 month! Then the lady who my husband summits his payments too is a HYPOCRITE. She informed him that if he made a partial payment then the rest by the end of the month (same month) that she would NOT charge him a late fee! She lied and when he reminded her she became rude!
Horrible customer service! They will do anything to try and make sure you lose your vehicle so they can get more money off you.
