We always get good food when ever we eat here. The Spaghetti sauce didn't taste good my son wouldn't eat it. He always eats this when we go there. We told the girl working the front register. Twenty minutes later when we asked if they was going bring another plate. She said she told the people in the back. They must not care. Nobody did anything to correct the issue or even come to the table. He only ate the meat balls said they was good. Picked up Mcd's on the way home. All the other food was excellent.

Mano's has really good food but very bad attitude's!Desired Settlement: My son ate the meatballs please refund the cost of the spaghetti and meat sauce.

I clearly remember this situation. The customer wanted to let us know that the pasta sauce tasted acidity, the lady in the front asked if they wanted something else instead and she was told NO we just wanted you to know that it did not taste right. We would have been happy to replace the meal or refund their money but they refused the offer.
