My husband and I fell in love with an impression homes modelWe walked through the house asking what it does and does not come with***, was very avid what was standard and what was an upgradeHe told us that the back splash going all the way up the wall in the kitchen was standard, as well as the color and style or the granite, as well as the iron star railing, as well as the counter tops through out the bathroomsWe said to him, "We think we would like to go with you guy's because all of your (standard) features are all upgrades with the other home buyers." We then asked about our next step if we decide to sign a contract [redacted] proceeded to tell us, and I quote, "Well as of the 1st of July I will be going on vacation and buy the time I come back the prices will have gone up considerablyThey will be moving dirt in a matter of weeks." So we went home compared everything and realized everything we have ever wanted in a home we could actually get! We couldn't have been more excited,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is factually inaccurate The call I received from Manpower offering me a position was five months after I sought their assistance This is WELL after I had asked to be removed from their database (twice) Both requests specifically stated I HAD found a job The call I received from Manpower was also after they had been notified of a complaint by the Revdex.com The "aggressive email" in question can only be the one in which I informed them I would contact the Revdex.com if they did not comply with my requests If I am so "rude," I wonder why no mention was made of me actually stating in my complaint that the office manger was kind enough to provide assistance when the other office personnel did not (i.esome credit given even in my dissatisfaction) All my communications were polite, yet direct in nature, so as to ensure there would be no misunderstood intentions Furthermore, this Manpower office was notified by the Revdex.com of my complaint four times over he course of one month During that month, I received no less than two e-mail solicitations and a phone call solicitation These solicitations fly in the face of my direct and polite requests I suspect Manpower's actions (e.g solicitations and discourteous response) after my requests and official Revdex.com notification to be an attempt to protect their reputation and justify their actions after being reported One only has to review the complaint itself and proven timelines with the Revdex.com to see their lack of consideration or care in responding to customer requests While I reject their email response stating I "left" when I specifically notified them I had found a job on my own, I am grateful they have removed me as an available associate and stopped sending me solicitations Thank you Revdex.com for assisting me with this request Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We signed our contract on 4/29/and as of today all we have is a foundation!! Framers walked out and we are being told it will be another weeks before framing starts! Our original close date is month away The way it's going it will be almost a year until finish Horrible service and we can't get any answers

During the process of picking out a floor plan we were showed what was standard and what could be a up grade in the model homeAt the design center there is a lot of miss leading information that the salesman and construction staff do not abide byThe materials and or craftsmanship of our house was standard or substandardCraftsmanship was explained to us that, " That's just how it is", when in the real world it is cutting corners, not professional installed or builtThis all started before we even broke groundWe choose a premium lot on the corner and in a coldasacThe lot was not perfectly flat but didn't have a 6' hill in it eitherSo needless to say the pad was not graded it was built up even further making the foundation 6' above the road next to itI had to fight to get a wall put in just so the side yard was not a steep messThe contractor didn't even put the wall in to the full length of the foundation, again contractor cutting cornersThen I wanted the house more centered on the lot, so that means there was to be a 12' buffer of side yard between me and my neighborSo I was told it was 11'6"Which after fighting with the construction managers boss, I gave in and accepted 11'6"Now come to find out at closing when the survey was done the house was only 10'1"So I was lied to and was told there was nothing I could do about itThis may seam like petty things so far but I had plans for that side yard which needed a certain clearance passed the AC units that sit on that side of the houseSo as it sits now my plans will never happen due to Glenn/Misty lying about the placement of the house before the foundation was ever cutThen the problems just build after thatWe chose to up grade our kitchen and since the Construction Manager didn't get the sequence of contractors correct we have to live with quarter round at the base of our Knotty Older cabinets, which is a method used to cover up mistakes, again workmanship and coordination fell short hereWe had numerous finish out mistakes, drywall having to be patched due to big fist size holes had to be cut in because looking ahead that stairs handrails wouldn't line up with wall studs was to difficultNow the texture doesn't match and a sure sign that there is a patch stands out, in spots all over the houseThe cabinets that we spent so much extra money on wasn't even finished out above the vent-a-hoodWe were told that just the way its built...That's a lie because we choose the cabinet above the vent-a-hood because it gave us an extra spot for storage, again fell very short on craftsmanship and trying to hid thingsWe were asked at the beginning which species of tree would we like in our front yard, so I told them I didn't want live oak because of the acorns it producesWell I got live oak trees and I found in our HOA rules that were written by the developer, that there is to be RED OAK trees in the front yard and because we are a corner lot that there should be more RED OAK trees on the side yardNo I was told by Casey the new head construction manager that Impression homes plans to do nothing even though they are breaking the rules and regulation set in place by the developer for the HOAI could go on for at least three more pages of things that seam to be small problems but should and could have been handled during the build so they were never problems to begin withTile (wall & flooring), paint, drywall, electrical, wood shutters, trim, corniness, cabinets, concrete, sprinkler system, wood fence, fiberglass tub/shower pan, prewired alarm system, and windows are just a few of the areas we have had issues and I am 100% sure there will be more to come before the year warranty is upAlso I started taken video and pics almost everyday during construction from the start of all of thisFor anyone who is thinking about using this builder I would set aside hours a day to watch and oversee your house being builtI would not recommend this company to build my dog a house strictly from a managing point a view and craftsmanshipTheir prices is what drove us to them, and I would be so much more happy to pay a few dollars more a sqft and get a much better quality of house

On September 22, I spoke with [redacted] - sales person for Impression Homes at Hardeman Estates in Justin TX regarding flooding on my property as a result of a construction of a home by Impression homes next doorI submitted images to him via text message and have a record of the transmittalThe home build next door altered drainage lines and has forced water onto my property from adjacent three home plots Since September 22, my builder (different company) has placed French drains to aid in the removal of water from my propertyTo date, Impressions has not done anything to remedy drainage situation On October 9, rain water forced silt and debris to enter my property causing property damageThe failure of maintaining silt fencing and addressing drainage issue in a timely manner has caused the French drains to become clogged with debris and has dumped pounds of sand and silt across my property Upon contacting [redacted] on October 10, I was told that

We signed an initial contract for a home to be built in the North Creek community in Melissa, TX however due to several issues we canceled moving forward We provided a detailed response on to as why we choose to not go with Impression Homes which was required We have followed the requirements every step of the way however we cannot get an answer and have not received our earnest money back in the amount of $ We do not feel that they were proving a pleasant experience and many items were not disclosed until we had to make decisions concerning tens of thousands of dollars at a moments notice We continue to attempt to get a status update, however, we feel like Impressions is just kicking the can in hopes of us giving up We cannot move forward with anyone else until this money is refunded This has great ramifications for us as come the 1st of March we will be forced into resigning for another year lease or be homeless as our property owners refuse to go monthly It take
