I have been trying to get them to finish an alarm system they started over a YEAR ago. There have been many promises but many visits come and go without so much as a phone call offering yet another excuse why it is not completed. Service tech is nice enough when he calls or shows up but nice is not getting the job done. They must be doing well as I have refused to pay the bill until work is done and it does not seem to bother them that over $5000.00 is still on the books!
