Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am aware that I signed the documents, as stated I am not arguing that point I am not the expert with the preparation of real estate documents My agent, Karen P***, was hired by me to be my expert It is her line of work and she should know the procedures necessary to prepare documents per the arrangements we discussed Again, she has never denied to me, or anyone else that I am aware, that our agreement to the contract terms were as I have presented them to the Revdex.com and concerned Real Estate Agencies Aside from the falsely prepared documents, whether intentional or not, she has chosen to remain silent and ignore her shortcomings This, to me, is a breach to her and her Agency's code of ethics and should be dealt with accordingly As to compensation, I feel the least I should be awarded is her commission on the recent sale of the property She acted as agent to both seller and buyer, which should reflect a 10% overall fee This should not be left ignored The Washington State Department of Licensing has also been notified on this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

This sale was done on standard MLS purchase and sale agreement for vacant property and the mls form for owner contract.The standard form for owner contract allows for early payoff, there was not an addendum amending that form,which would have had to have been the case if this was the understanding
by both parties.As designated broker, I receive copies of contractsI did not have any conservation with either Karen P*** or Mr *** during the purchaseHe signed not only the purchase and sale, but closing papersI have meet both him and his wife whom is very illI am sorry about his misunderstanding, but I am not responsible.Very few buyers would of agreed to a purchase without an standard early payoff availableIf not it would mean they could not have built on property for seven years.Karen no longer works or my brokerageThis was her decision Her commission for both sides of sale was 5% total.I am sorry this misunderstanding took place, but he would be in a worse position if the buyers had not made their payments and he was forced to forecloseHe has his payoff money to invest
