Tennant moved into an apartment with hardwood floors throughout After a year of so Tennant wanted carpeting installedA year after install the carpet was filthyI've had white carpet for over years and it is still cleanTennant took no due diligence on the care of the carpet or the cleanliness of the premises till the time of move outThe place was fairly picked up and mostly neat thoughtBath kept clean but the kitchen not so much and hand prints on the walls, doors and wood work were still there after move out
Former Tennant did a great job of cleaning the first floor apartment but did not do the basementShe got all of here deposit except for $The complainant was charged the same for the basement

Tennant texted wanting me to come at 5:00pm Sat to do a walk throughMy text reply was "call me when you are done"Her next text was for me to come at 7:pm My reply "call me when done", Her next text was come at 8:00pmMy reply "call me when you are done"I am about minutes awayTennant would have had me waiting hours for her to finishDid she mention that?
Tennant phoned at 8:00pm Saturday night asking where I wasI replied that I am on my wayShe stated that if I was not there in one minute that she would leaveReally? I am going on a Saturday at 8:Pm trying to work with her and all I get is attitude
So at 8:20pm Satnight the walk through with a tired angry woman with attitude mostly because of a feud with the neighbor woman still very actively going on, is what I am dealing with
I got it over as quickly as possibleI reiterate, cleaning was not completed or adequately done
Further the Tennant has the carpet from the bedroom her movers tookThat should have some value since it was only a year oldI didn't give her a hard time about it....Bet that wasn't mentioned either!
I have pictures to illustrate the cleaning needed to finish the job but I don't have the capabilities to print them with great detailHowever upon request, I will gladly send them email so you can judge for yourself
SUGGESTED RESOLUTION
Inform the Tennant to start cleaning a week or so earlier to give enough time to complete the task or better to keep it clean during her stay and not to take out her frustrations out on the wrong person especially one who is going out of their way to accommodate ones moving out schedule
