Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The leasing agent verbally told me to only thing at risk was the application feeI repeated it to him "so the only thing I can lose is the he said yes that was the verbal agreement between me and their agent He was new untrained they have should not have had him seeing customers being untrained not knowing the guidelines When I tried to get my back not total he lied The verbal contact by their agent over rides What kind of organization cheats clients by not standing by the agreements their agents enter into very poor management Sincerely, [redacted]

I will respond with great resentment to this compaintThis complaint was filed by a relative of a residentFirst, I talked at LENGTH to the resident in question and advised her of her next stepsThis issues involed a package and the US Postal service, NOT Mansion HouseThey misdeliver all too frequently which is the last time I checked, completely out of my controlMy business with regards to the missing package was with the resident and my communication was with herIn spite of this, the relative proceeded to leave bad feedback online and file this complaint with the Revdex.com and in the meantime, the misdelivered package was returned to the front desk and Ms [redacted] , the tenant in question has received her itemLast I checked, Ms [redacted] ’s relative has not retracted her statements Again, my discussions and interactions are with my tenants, whom I did talk with, the item is delivered and yet, we are being accussed of theft

Mr*** *** applied for an apartment on December 28, 2016. He signed the application in acknowledgement of the provision of cancellation that if applicant cancels after hours, deposits tendered to Mansion House are forfeited. Cancellations prior to hours are refunded in
full. Mr*** cancelled verbally on January 9th 2017. This is plainly beyond the hours allowed. His deposit was forfeited in accordance with the above mentioned provision

I repeated it to him "so the only thing I can lose is the 135.00 he said yes that was the verbal agreement between me and their agent.  He was new  untrained they have should not have had him seeing customers being untrained not knowing the guidelines.  When I tried to get my 200 back not total 335 he lied...  The verbal contact by their agent over rides.  What kind of organization cheats clients by not standing by the agreements their agents enter into very poor management
