Hello\who ever is taking care of this issuefirst of all this person book the room was a regular room with third party booking site called EXPEDIA.comName of Salesperson:AAKASF Purchase Price: $Disputed Amount: $on top of this we upgraded them a king Suite Jacuzzi roomit was also prepaid over the Expedia so we can not give refund cause its third party bookingthey left without giving us key back and came back late night to use the room again, when they can not open he door they came back at the fornt desk and ask for the key and who ever came at the front desk was the totally different person( we only make the key for the registered guest NOT OTHER )they smoked in the room too and we have totally smoked free property.she stop by next day and I was working and threaten me that if I don't give money back she will call the health dept and Revdex.com and kind of things she said me and last she ask me $for her not to complaint to you guys.she took $from me already not to complaint to you guys and others.Thanks [redacted]
