Review: On September *, 2015 I a prescription for 30 pills of 20mg Adderall pills. Shortly after receiving my medication, while in the car I noticed my bottle of medication did seem right in regards to quantity. I counted the pills and their were 6 missing! I then rushed back to the pharmacy and let them know the error that was made. Well, it did not go well. I was told by the person who filled my script, whom was the pharmacist or a pharmacist technician that she had counted my medication twice and insinuated that I had taken 6 of my own pills and was trying to get over on this Pharmacy!. Since this is a controlled substance I was made to feel like I was the one who was wrong and had stolen my own medication when in fact this person who had filled it should not have been filling any medication! I have been taking this medication for over 5 years now without any problems from this pharmacy or any other one I have used to fill my scripts. I am very upset and want them to know I did not forget they made this error and that because of this error I will be without my medication for 6 days which means 6 days of not feeling well and not having a healthy state of being!!Desired Settlement: I want my 6 pills!

On September *, 2015 Francesca Sportella picked up 30 pills of 20mg Adderall. About 15-20 minutes after picking up the pills [redacted] called and said she was missing 4 pills. Then [redacted] came into the Pharmacy and said she was missing 5 pills. Then when our Pharmacist in charge counted what she gave back to us it was missing 6 pills. The Pharmacist in charge also double checked our inventory and it was not over so the correct number of pills were dispensed. All controlled substances are double counted and double checked by the Pharmacist before being dispensed. Nevertheless, in order to resolve this matter we will give her the 6 pills that she claims she was missing. Moving forward, we will count the medication in front of the customer before dispensing it to her.
