I bought necklaces from this store that were bad quality and was refused a refund I would like to officially submit a written complaint for Shaan's Jewelers in Augusta MallI purchased two necklaces from Shaan's on October 16, and within less of a month both pieces of jewelry brokeOne of the necklaces I was able to get fixed professionally and it broke againI proceeded to call Shaan's Jeweler's and requested to speak with a ManagerThe person that I spoke with rudely asked why I needed to speak with a ManagerI told him what happened and he stated that the Manager was not inI asked when the Manager would be in and he asked why I needed to know thatI then let that person know that I would be contacting Augusta Mall's management to inform them, and he proceeded to hang up on me I contacted Augusta Mall's management and they emailed Shaan's Jewelers ManagerShaan's Jeweler's Manager gave me a call and stated that I or my mother (because I do not live in Augusta) c

The engagement ring was purchased last June within a week one of the diamonds came out.I called and was told to bring it back and the will fix it.I wasn't about to bring it back until the following week and he said it would be $and we told him it happened within a week and we called and reported itHe said ok no problem I'll fix it for youIt took about a week to fixThen again April it happened againNow he says it will be for the diamond and to put back in but the first time it happened we were quoted $We told him it hasnt been a year yet he should honor thatHe told us to ask another jeweler in the mall but we told him we didn't purchase it from themHe said there's nothing I can do and to leave his storeSo we went to Watch Unlimited and explained it to them they said they would have honoured itThey explained because the diamonds didnt have their on brackets that's and issue with that type of ring.And they would repair it for $but they couldn't guarantee
