We were approached by Resorts Advisory Group on Oct/31/( almost a year ago) and signed a contract with them to purchase our ***Timeshare in Branson, MoWe ( my husband and I) paid them $on site and on Dec10, my husband sent them a check to pay them the balance ($1400.00)in full In thirty days it will be one year since this transaction and we have received the second call from our resort concerning our stay there The resort (***) called again today, and know nothing of our sale to this company My question is why is it taking a year for them to resolve this issue
Marcus *** custom metal roofing &home improvement is a jokeI do not know if he license cause like many people I did not askI want on word-of-mouthHe was suppose to bring a written contract and estimates , he never did.This is just some of the mistakes I made along with paying himHe was suppose to replace my kitchen floor and he said he could do it without mess everything upWell,he messed up my wall, molding,and scratched up my cabinets along with everything else.I had to have a plumber to fix my washing machine faucets, a electrician to check (fix) my stove,and a phone man to install a new phone lineHe done my floor twice and it still have a bad place in it and there is no molding on the wall yetNow I have to get someone else to clean up his mess.I called several times and he was suppose to come back Guess what ?? Marcus *** told another lie, he did not come backHe acts like he knows everything but he really does notHe cause me more problems and it cost me more moneyWhen I tries to tell him about the problems he got upsetThe only reason he came back the second time is because I put a hold on the checkPeople like this give contractors a bad nameHe says he stand behind his work "WRONG." Marcus and his employee should not be doing home improvementsHIs work should be inspected before he is paidSo take my advice get another contractorMarcus *** will cost you more moneyI WISH I WOULD OF!! I have pictures and of course my home right now as prove of his work!
