Our work crew arrived to begin this project the afternoon of August 3rd. We apologize that we did not communicate the short delay of the crew while they completed their previous project
We have been in contact with the homeowner. Since his roof had been installed for over three years without a problem we are working with the manufacturer of the roofing product for the solution as this appears to be product failure. We have also covered the area in question to mitigate the problem in the short term. once we have heard back from the manufacturer we will notify the homeowner
