Im the manager at Mantice CommunicationsWe recently received a letter for the Revdex.com regarding a customer of ours that wasn't satisfiedThe customer came in to get her screen,button and power button on a Iphone repairedAll our repairs come with day warranty,customer was well aware of this,they were finethey were rushing because they were leaving the country, got the repair done the next dayA little after a month the customer came back, told us the phone wasn't acting right, even though it was past the days we took it in, did the repairs at no costThen again the customer came back after the days, which at this point it had been over days from the original repairsExplained to the customer that unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to replace the part 100% free of charge this timeAt that point the customer got very upset and started saying that we were cheating herAgain explained to her that it had exceed our day warranty, and that we had already done a 2nd repair for her free.
This is very upsetting to see that we got a complaintWe always treat our customer with full respect! and take all complaints very seriousThis is a case where sadly we just couldn't keep repairing her device multiple times free of charge like the customer wantedThe repairs were done properly, the screen on the device kept glitching and would display linesThat issue is common when devices are dropped enough times.

   Hi, this is [redacted] again replaying the the 2nd email received. 
      Yes,I am the manager, sadly we don't have the budget to get all our employees their personal business cards, so yeah I handed her a card with our number on it. Secondly, When mrs [redacted] came in the last time, I told her the policy on repairs. If its after the 30 days, sadly we can not do a repair for free, that's how long our warranty is for, our technician unfortunately will not replace the part out of pocket twice. The product was an apple Iphone 4,we fixed the button,top button and screens for $175. thats a very honest and fair price! sadly like I mentioned before, if its after 30 days we cant do another free repair.  
      We are not trying to deceive anyone,in any way shape or form, we always do repairs, and not one customer has had an issue with our work. we have always guaranteed our repairs for 30 days. It has nothing to do with Revdex.com. This is the first time we've ever been contacted by Revdex.com in over 4 years in business. If we did something wrong, that is completely understandable! But we did not, the customer her self stated, it was 1 month 1/2 later. When our warranty is for 30 days.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Mr. [redacted] states in the message that he is the manager when he presented himself by giving us a business card saying that he was a sales rep. The whole time that I needed to speak to someone about the situation he would say that I needed to speak to the manager therefore I want to clarify that this was one of his first lies in his response. To continue I want to clarify that they never fixed the phone for free. They fixed the phone in two different parts, the first time we paid $75. 00 to repair the screen when we picked the phone up the button was not working so they offered us a verbal deal that I would pay $125.00 to fix the button and the back part. We had to pay $25.00 in advance so we could be able to keep the deal. They want to make it seem like it was the warranty when it was not like that all, they are just saying all of this to look good with Revdex.com. They are people who love to deceive people and take their money by doing repairs with bad quality. My husband made the error in trusting them to fix his phone and to be able to save all the important information on the phone. I know I may want my money back but the most important thing for me is for their to be a report of the bad service they give, so all the hard working and honest people who go won't be deceived.
