[redacted] Dr Dallas, Texas: very poor poor property, alot of repairs needs to be done, foundation is terrible damage, house about to fall in, kitchen horrible, didn't unpack none of my things for a whole year, room doors are front doors, kitchen cabinets leaning, foundation so bad none of the doors shut, carpet wasn't replaced you can feel the concrete, wiring in the house bad, too much for rent, very poor manangement Mr. [redacted], stove so old they came to fix instead of replace, didn't want tenant to do any minor repairs such as paint & he find things to charge so he will not give back deposit. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST NO ONE TO GO THROUGH THIS PLACE TO RENT NOR BUY YOU WILL BE SORRY!
