Mantis Funding LLC has responded to my complaint and we have resolved the complaint that I had with Mantis Funding LLC. Mantis Funding had a...

representative call me that listened to my issues and resolved any fears and problems I had with their company, so there is no further complaint against Mantis Funding LLC. However, [redacted] has not contacted me. This company [redacted] was the company that my problem actually originated from. A broker from [redacted] informed me in writing that I would receive more funding after certain conditions were met but when those conditions were met the added funding never occurred. Mantis Funding LLC has ceased doing business with Axcess Advance and they have filed litigation against [redacted] and I have agreed to provide Mantis Funding LLC's lawyers with any information they need to assist them with the litigation against [redacted]. Again, I have resolved any complaint issues against Mantis Funding LLC, However, there is still a complaint against [redacted] and their broker Jordan S[redacted]  for giving me false information to get me to accept a merchant agreement I would not have accepted if it were not for an incentive given that was not provided after the conditions were met, there information is- phone (###-###-####) web: [redacted] Fax: (###-###-####).

To Whom it may Concern, At no time was anyone rude to [redacted]. Our company executed a small funding for the business owner during a difficult financial time that they had been going through. During the duration of the Advance the business owner broke...

contractual agreement with us twice. We did everything in our power to work with [redacted] to be helpful in assisting them through hardship. In fact there is no [redacted] working for this company. Upper Management discussed with [redacted] the conversation that took place. At no point was write way daycare promised refund as there isn't money to be refunded - Write way daycare was explained while speaking to the [redacted] of Underwriting that based on the Appendix A form there was an outline of fee's that are applicable to the current situation. (Account Collected in Default) We've waived the majority of these fee's and we told the business owner and its head assistant that we would not be looking to charge additional monies. Under the terms of agreement [redacted] actually owes Mantis Funding LLC money. We all agreed to move on from it. We are saddened that the help we provided them when it was needed most has come to this. As far as the comments concerning [redacted], there is no response to be written and no defense to lies and deceit.

They keep taking money I don't owe. As of Dec [redacted] I owed $195.00 & they have taken $240.00 out of my account since then. the number I was given to call is [redacted] which is an answering machine. I sent email to loan officer who hasn't responded either

After reviewing the response, I again contacted [redacted] and discussed with him on February **, 2015. He advised he would look into the issue and contact me again shortly. I sent an email to him and advised him we had 6 business days before we had to file a response to his answer of our complaint. He has not contacted me further, nor has he responded to my February **, 2015 email. The issue has not been resolved and Mantis Funding has not made any real attempts to resolve the matter.

I wish I read these reviews and I hope something is done with Mantis Funding. Two months into my loan I wanted to pay the entire loan off. But they informed me they do not have all the information of all the payments that I made there is a 7 to 10 day delay. So in order for me to pay off the loan I would have to pay what I owed and an extra 7 to 10 days worth of payment. Because of the delay...Biggest scam I have ever heard. As small business owner what happens when you put a loan application online there are so many calls you get from these people stating your loan is pre-approved for funds. It is a network of scam artist and I wish I trusted my instinct. I am in the process of paying them off but I do know I may have to take them to court most likely for additional fund request.

Mantis. I have paid my loan in full and they refuse to refund the over payment. I was told it would take 10 business days to receive my refund and called today and was told I was due a refund. They are very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from them and do not deal with Hendryk Winters...he's a joke.

These people make “loan Sharks” look great! DO NOT RISK LOSSING YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE CRIMINALS. They have a sleazy lawyer in Florida who likes to threaten you when you have any type of issue. They operate with a series of cell phones that stretch from New York to Florida. A word of advice, if you already have a “loan” from them before your last payment notify your bank to not honor any other withdrawals from them. They use some type membership software that seems like no one monitors. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I have been funded by Mantis Funding. My emails have gone unanswered. I'm extremely disappointed in the service they have provided. I need information on my loan and cannot reached anyone to help. After reading all the reviews online I think I have been taken advantage of and is a big scam. I think I may need to contact an attorney to see what my options are.

I have done business with Mantis Funding last year and found them to be very professional, fast and easy to apply to and receive approval and funding in a matter of days. I have no problem with the repayment as agreed and they stopped daily withdrawals at the end of the payment period. As requested they also provided a letter stating the loan was fully paid as agreed with a $0 balance. I have just been approved for a second loan funding and it was done within a 3 day period. They rate 5 star and I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance. The payment rate is high but it is high risk funds. Very Satisfied.

I have been trying to get a loan payoff amount since November. I have been told to send emails for verification and no one ever returns the emails. I have called numerous times and just get the run around and told to send a email. Our rep is extreamly rude and not helpful in working with our account.

They are very unprofessional and shady. I have seen nothing but poor reviews and frustrated customers comments online. Wish I would have done more research before I partnered with Mantis.

Mantis kept taking money out of my account. I had to keep getting in touch with then and they never refunded me over 200 dollars. Then after requesting for funding again, I sent in faxes of my contract and they said they never got it, but someone else said they did. When I spoke to someone about it..my rep Jose fernandez, he was very unprofessional, rude and told me he didn't have to fund me. As if he was doing me a favor. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, the secretary gave him the phone call again and he had lied and said he was the manager was rude again and hundreds up on me. I don't not recommend this company ever!

Review: This company overcharged me for a loan that I received from them. When calling them I spoke to [redacted] who stated they will issue me a refund. After calling back regarding the refund I spoke with [redacted] who was rude, and unprofessional after asking to speak to a supervisor I was directed to [redacted] who was also rude laughing in the phone, refused to give his last name and hung up the phone in my ear.Desired Settlement: Pay back the over draft fees that they caused and the money that [redacted] stated he will refund us.

Review: We paid off our loan early, and Mantis provided us with an inaccurate payoff. Therefore we overpaid the loan by $1,734.00. Mantis Funding has failed to reimburse us for the entire over payment and refuses to pay us the outstanding over payment amount of $1,734.00. Also, we believe their interest rates may have exceeded those allowed by law. Mantis provided us with a four month loan of $24,700.00. The payback was $35,568, with a daily [redacted] withdrawal of $445 (Monday through Friday). There was no credit for early payoff. We requested a payoff letter from Mantis, which was not correct. We paid the loan off based upon numbers given to us by Mantis. After reviewing our daily [redacted] withdrawals with our bank, we discovered that we paid Mantis a total of $37,302.00, which was $1734.00 more than we were required to pay them. They have now refused to refund us the $1,734.00 over payment.

The interest on this loan was extremely high in the first place ($10,868.00 for a 4 month loan). We paid the loan off early, and believe we were being taken advantage of by Mantis, as they solicited the loan to us during a period of time when we were desperate for the cash and they new we would accept just about any of their conditions.Desired Settlement: We would like for Mantis to refund us the $1730.00 over payment made to them as soon as possible.
