the dealer's assessment is telling me proper fuel mix was used bearing went bad. According to the dealer, they sent their assessment and pictures to distributor in winston salem, nc which denies claim

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
Will they make arrangements for pickup?  Do they just need the engine?  I want to thank you for your involvement in this matter, I would not have gotten anywhere
without your help.  It's a shame I have been without my tiller for the entire summer, I think that is poor customer service.  Thanks again!

 The next day I received a notice that the complaint was assigned  #[redacted].  That emailed was signed by [redacted].
The complaint was against, Mantis co. with a business ID  #[redacted],  Address P[redacted] PA. [redacted] Phone [redacted].  Complaint involved Advertising issue.  And advertise price the seller will not honor. 
The only " code" numbers I see on the flyer are, 2014 [redacted].

Review: I received a flyer in the USPS mail advertising a tiller at a price ($299.00) with FREE shipping. I Called the number provided and was told they would not ship to my address. That would be the same address that the flyer was sent too.

The item weighs 20 pounds and easily fits in a box within USPS's standards. I know this to be FALSE advertising and feel they should be responsible to deliver.Desired Settlement: Sell me the tiller in accordance to their advertisement.

Review: bought tiller last year,have used only once. attempted to use this season, will not turn on. Called mantis company, customer service rep very rude told me I could take it to service company in area, and depending what was wrong determined whether they would pay for it or not. a product that has ony been used once, and now does not work, only a year old, should be warranty covered. The rep was rude and un helpful.Desired Settlement: I want my tiller fixed for free, or replaced. I am already being inconvenicnced by halving to take to repair shop and delay my summer garden.

We have investigated the customer's account and found that [redacted] purchased a 2cycle tiller from us on April 1, 2012. In May of 2012, she called and reported that she couldn't get her tiller started. Under our one year return policy, we sent a replacement tiller at no charge and we also picked up her old one free of charge. She called back in May of 2013 and reported that she was again having trouble starting her second tiller. Our technical service representative tried to help with some troubleshooting tips but [redacted] did not want to listen to them and the rep eventually gaver her the name of an authorized dealer. One additional note on this account is that the tiller has never been paid in full. There is still a balance on the account that has been turned over to collections. We would be happy to take care of the tiller but would require that it first be paid in full. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: tiller has been paid for, they took monies right out of my account in 4 payments. They are lieing and The customer service rep was rude and not helpful. she offered no help at all. everything she told me to try had already been done. IF I happen to owe a nother payment, they are not getting it for a product that after two replacements stil does not work properly. wjat KInd of merchandise are they peddling.

I am rejecting this response because:

the tiller does not work. I owe one payment which they screwed up on, it was coming out of my checking out, I dont know why they did not take the last payment out. Now they want to blame me. and the stupid thing has only been used twice and it doesnt work. They dont want to fix or replace it and they want t payment, I dont think so.

Review: april 26th 2014 and april 28th I ordered a few items from mantis. 1 was a garden tiller that was supposed to have been 39 inches wide 2 wheeles 24 horsepower engine. when it came the tiller they sent was a foot wide no wheeles or tires not 24 horsepower. I called about that and was told told they can not do any returns nor can I return it on my own because I am a first time customer, 2 days later the second item I had ordered was supposed to be a big garden cart that would hold 400 pounds of dirt leak proof and would dump, what they sent to me was not, there phone number has been disconnected, they claimed it would be fixed in 5 fays, it has been more than that, I had to talk to somebody through chat on the computer, send an email they gave me a form to fill out, then they told me last friday that in 2 business days the $74.75 that the deposit then the $57.25 took of my card when they were not supposed to would be back on my debit card. now 1 person is telling me that it would be 9 to 12 business days before I get my money, another is telling me it could be thirty business days, just because they say 2 business days does not mean 2 business days later that it could be 2 months. no one will give me a straight answer, they have given me 2 phone numbers so far and both numbers are disconnected, and now I dont know what else to do, I wanted to let somebody know so maybe they wont do this to the next person.when they chat with me online nobody gives me there name like they dont want me to know who im talking to.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $74.75 and the $57.25 put back on my card.
