We did confirm the moveShe did as she was told to do and call us a day or two before the move to do a confirmationShe says we were hours late we scheduled her for an afternoon moveWe do use rented trucks we always haveWe did have moving blanket, dollies and toolsEverything was padded and
moved in and outShe ended up with over boxes and that is why they did not fit on the trucksI sent extra guys to unload the following dayWhen she was asked if anything else was needed she could have said she needed help putting her bed together or hooking the washer and dryer up and they would have done that but none of that was requestedShe called me to address a couple of the issues in the complaint (a scuff on the wall and the bed and washer reassembly) A week after her move on last Saturday I went out to her home and addressed the issues including the drop ceiling and the deskShe told me some old credit cards had fallen out of her jewelry box and a gold band was missingI told her per our website that any valuables needed to be packed up and moved by the customerThe refrigerator door handles were not on the truck and with so many boxes she cannot consider them lost until all the boxes have been unpackedI'm sure they are in her houseI don't know why she did not tell me anything while I was with her on SaturdayTo date I handled all the issues she told me about so I consider this issue is resolved

This matter has been addressedThe $was dropped off at her home this morning

It was pouring rain on this day which is what made us arrive at the back of your arrival window which was PM to PMOur cruise cannot
work more than hours in a day which is why they had to leave at 9:we estimated your move to take an hour per room and about minutes for the boxes, more than 50, which means your move was estimated by me the owner at about eight hoursWhether or not you know it you were already compensated by us paying a third move her to come and help the guys out to ensure all the big items were moved by the end of the dayI'm not sure where the minu i'm not sure where the miscommunication was but I do not call customers at o'clock at night but expect a call for another appointment from said customerThis is the first I've heard about any type of complaint from Mr*** and as I previously stated the customer had more items than discussed and I sent a 3rd mover to help out FREE OF CHARGE! I do this to insure customer satisfaction and I'm surprised to hear of this complaint
Also the drawer glide was already improperly installed inside dresser as we moved it with out the drawers in itThe movers pointed this prior damages out at the pick up locationThere will be no refunds of any sort to this customer as this is not a damage or loss of item complaint but just a general complaint due to miscommunications
