Mantra Wellness Therapeutic Massage

I had bad back problems before going into Mantra Wellness. And after an hour session I was able to do things that I hadn't been able to in months. Such as simple tasks like tying my shoes. I thank everyone at Mantra Wellness for helping me get my back issues straightened out.

Colleen goes above and beyond!Mantra wellness provides outstanding service! After years of chronic pain and many massage and physical therapist?s, I have found relief! Colleen is extremely professional and thorough, not only does she diagnosis and address the issue at hand, she also provides an education on how to maintain between visits. I cannot speak more highly of Colleen and her practice!

Colleen @ Mantra Wellness Therapeutic Massage is excellent. I saw her recently with a low back/hip situation. She knew exactly how to handle it. I left her office feeling so much better and easier for the chiropractor to adjust me the next day.

I have gone to wellness therapeutic massage since it opened . I had Colleen since she was a student . Colleen knows what is wron and what needs to be done to repair the pain . I always walk out of there with no pain. . You look for that right person that knows what to do and more importent how to do it correctly to fix the pain ....and Colleen does that

I cannot say enough about Mantra wellness. Our entire family is cared for at Mantra wellness. The atmosphere is clean, healing and quiet. I suffer from chronic back pain and have had multiple surgeries. Colleen has a special way of helping my physical pain, decreasing my stress and reminding me to breath. I have also received accupuncture (518) there to help with pain. I am thinking of having a facial next ! I also bring my daughter there to work out some of her sports related tissue injuries. As a health care provider I also recommend my patients to Mantra as I believe they Have an outstanding wellness/ healing menu. Bottom line the experiences I have had at Mantra are always healing , calming and preventative. It is my self care sanctuary!

Outstanding massage. Colleen is very professional, and truly cares about your wellbeing. She takes time to listen to your concerns and then focuses on areas that need additional help. She has been my massage therapist for a couple of years now and I would not see anyone else. My husband also goes to her now. Highly recommend Mantra Wellness!

The therapeutic massage was fantastic, I never knew that 1 hour of professional massage could relax me so much! I would recommend this therapist!
