We do charge an hourly rate from the time we leave the shop to the time we are finished with a job. We do not charge a truck deployment fee or a trip charge. The typical cost of a tune up is around $207, depending on what materials are needed to do the job and how much time it takes to
travel to the job and to complete the service call. It is a time and materials based charge because every system is differentThe technician left the shop at 7:20am and finished at 8:40am. I have tried to contact the customer three times since receiving this complaint and have left two messages. I hope to be able to resolve this matter to satisfy all parties. I did speak to *** *** yesterday late afternoon and I apologized for the incorrect estimate that was given to him for the service that was provided. I did offer for us to come back and replace to original parts that were removed and to refund his payment in full, which was not his original request in the complaint. He did agree to this but I have been advised not to do that due to the fact that if his well system were to fail at any point in time, we may be blamed. We will be refunding his payment in full and returning the parts that were removed. If he would like them to be re-installed he will have to find another company to do so. We apologize for not being able to satisfy his needs and fix his pressure issue After being in business for over years this is the first time we have ever been accused of committing fraud After returning *** ***'s check and parts we will consider this matter satisfied and no other action will need to be taken by either party
