I am rejecting this response because:I don't know why you cannot see anything wrong in the videoThey refused to serve us any foodWhen we finally decided to leave, the food was still not ready.We were offered one coupon for the way we were treated.Can Revdex.com & CKE restaurants answer these questions? We are white - what happened to our food? The customers that came in after us were black - Why did they get their food?Why do you continue to dismiss the abuse that we received from Hardee's?

Again, the decision of the Regional VP and the Franchise Owner are final. They state they have reviewed the video and found nothing inappropriate. The Guest demand for 10 coupons for himself and 10 coupons for his wife "to teach the workers a lesson" were denied.

Attempts were made on various occasions to contact customer, but customer did not respond. Final attempts was made two days ago and customer did speak to Manager, who has reimbursed the customer. Customer stated he was satisfied with resolution.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with the response from the business.Undoubtedly no one has actually looked at the video. Otherwise, they would have seen that after we placed our order, two separate customers came in, placed separate orders, received their food and left while we were still waiting for our food.This was nothing but rudeness and discrimination and something needs to be done about it. In order to close this case, I want 10 coupons for myself and 10 coupons for my wife.
