Review: Manny Souza prepared my 2012 taxes and was to submit to the IRS and the state electronically. I had a refunds of $1,022 due from the IRS and of $1,692 from the state. The IRS says it has not received my tax submittal for 2012. I have made repeated attemts to contact Mr. Souza via phone calls and via emails. He has not responded to any of my attempts. I paid $150 for his services.Desired Settlement: Would like Mr. Souza to contact me and explain why my tax form was not submitted to the IRS.
